China Visa

New Visa Rules: The visa fee currently is $114. US citizens must pay $198. Please bring in cash ($100-bills !), thanks. For the Tibet visa application we need to turn in an application form. Before your departure, please print out the form, fill out and attach a passport photo. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, hand over the original form together with your passport and cash for the visa. Important: please accurately fill or cross out all positions and make sure that no position remains empty (see sample), open positions we will help you to fill in at the time of hand over !


  Nepal Visa

Please note that most airlines flying to Kathmandu do not disctribute Nepal visa forms on the plane. It is therefore advisable to download this form, fill it out and attach a passport photo prior to the journey. This will save significant time upon arrival in Kathmandu. For your first entry in a calendar year you get a 30-day or 90-day multiple-entry visa valid from the date of entry. The visa costs $40 or $100, respectively.

Neu ist auch ein Antragsformular für das Tibet Visum, welches wir einreichen müssen. Bitte das Formular zuhause vor der Abreise ausdrucken, ausfüllen, Passfoto aufkleben und das Orginal bei der Ankunft in Kathmandu zusammen mit dem Pass und dem Bargeld für das Visum abgeben. Wichtig: Bitte alle Positionen sorgfältig und gut lesbar ausfüllen oder durchstreichen, so dass jede Position bearbeitet/beantwortet ist (siehe im Muster), Offene Positionen werden in Kathmandu bei der abgabe des Formulars ausgefüllt!


Nepal Visum

Bitte beachten Sie, dass nicht alle Airlines Visum-Formulare für Nepal auf den Flügen verteilen. Wir empfehlen daher, das Formular vor der Abreise runterzuladen, auszufüllen und mit einem Passfoto zu versehen. Das spart enorm Zeit bei der Ankunft in Kathmandu. Bei erstmaliger Einreise im Kalenderjahr erhält man ein „Multiple-Entry“ Visum. Es ist gültig für 30 bzw. 90 Tage ab Ankunft und kostet $40 bzw. $100.
